In Estonia the state industrial property registers are the property of the Estonian Patent Office. Please ask the needed register information from the Patent Office (info@epa.ee). Patent Library have our own bibliographic databases of published Estonian industrial property which are not the state registers but contain valuable and useful information, also in business sense - not only in the historic.
